Cancellation Policy
A 24-Hour notice is required for any cancellations or change of appointment. Full amount of service will be charged if notice is not followed.
Given that the client or therapist is able to fill the appointment time, the cancellation fee will not be charged.
Upon late arrival, all efforts will be made to provide the full scheduled time. However if this is not possible and time must be shortened, the client remains responsible for the full amount of scheduled service.
Refund Policy
Services and gift certificate sales are non-refundable. In relation to pre-paid services, we understand that sometimes life happens. If you ever need to cancel a pre-paid appointment within the cancellation policy, the paid amount will remain on your account to use toward a future appointment.
Minors
Any client under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign off on his or her intake/waiver form. In addition, any client 14 years of age or younger will be required to have a parent or legal guardian present in the room during the massage session.
Code of Conduct
Professionalism will be upheld by the Massage Therapist at all times and the same is expected from the clients. At any time behavior indicates anything less than that, the session will be terminated immediately, and full service rate will be charged. Clients will be draped modestly at all times. The only part of the body that will be undraped will be that which the therapist is working on at that time.
